We stand behind every bag of coffee we ship. If something's wrong, we'll make it right — quickly and without fuss.

Eligible for Refund
- ✓Product received is damaged or broken
- ✓Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
- ✓Product is past its expiry date on arrival
- ✓Order not delivered within 15 days of dispatch
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✗Change of mind after delivery
- ✗Incorrect address provided by the customer
- ✗Opened or partially used products
- ✗Orders delayed due to force majeure (floods, strikes, etc.)
How to Request a Refund

Share Evidence
Send a clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong product along with your order ID.

We Review
Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days and confirms eligibility.

Refund or Replacement
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Or we'll send a replacement.
COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via NEFT/UPI bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when raising the request.
