Terms & Conditions

Orders & Products
- All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is out of stock.
- Product images are for illustration; minor variations in packaging may occur.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and are subject to change without notice.
- Bulk or wholesale orders may require prior approval — contact us before placing.
Payments
- We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD is available for select pincodes within India.
- Payment is processed securely via our certified payment gateway. We do not store card details.
- Failed transactions are automatically reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Delivery
- We deliver across India. Free delivery within Bengaluru on orders above the minimum threshold.
- Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, or natural events beyond our control.
- Delivery address cannot be changed after the order is dispatched.
Use of Website
- You must be 18 years or older to place an order on our platform.
- You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to hack, or introduce malicious code.
- All content on this site — text, images, logos — is the property of Leelaprasad International Pvt Ltd.
- Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
